Eel Festival

For a limited time only, Unkai Japnese Cuisine presents a Seasonal Eel Menu, offering guests a vast array of eel delicacies. Born in Aomori, a city by the Northern Japan Sea where marine resources are plentiful, Chef Oshitanai Takaho started his apprenticeship in Shizuoka, a paradise of natural water and hot springs where he has developed his own perspective on sea produce. With his extensive knowledge, Chef Takoho has hand-picked the seasonal eel and craft a series of special delicacies including Eel Egg Custard and Eel Rice with Chef Takaho's signature fish broth.
