Little Collins St Kitchen offers its signature seafood buffet for dinner every week from Wednesday to Saturday, as well as Sunday brunch. Our talented chefs have designed a unique buffet featuring a selection of market fresh seasonal seafood including succulent crab, oysters, prawns and smoked salmon with a variety of our kitchen signature salads, selection of delicious hot dishes and desserts from our pastry chef.

Dinner: from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Wednesday to Thursday - $89 per person
Friday & Saturday Dinner - $99 per person

Brunch: from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Sundays - $89 per person
