Whether it's local specialties or Western favorites, our menu is made with organically grown produce as well as artisanal delights, such as locally made cheese and chocolates. From appetizers to entrée to desserts, we use ethically-sourced and sustainable produce. Even the honey at our breakfast spread is locally sourced: the Tualang Honey, a Malaysian multi floral jungle honey.
