Set out on a gastronomic journey at the resort’s all-day diner where guests can sample a variety of local and international flavors prepared by our team of dedicated chefs. Whether our breakfast buffet or the a la carte menu, diners will be truly fueled for a full day of activities.
Some of the must-tries at Seasonal Tastes are its signature dishes such as the Grilled River Shrimp served with a spicy dressing, or the gluten-free avocado toast, a light but satisfying meal of avocado, tomato and fresh feta cheese on gluten-free bread. Another popular choice is Chef Parthiban’s claypot fish curry featuring the freshest catch from nearby fishing villages simmered in aromatic traditional Indian spices for a mouth-watering feast.
Diners who are fans of local specialties may try otak-otak, a delicate mousse of spicy fish, coconut milk, chilies and turmeric steamed in a banana leaf. Another Malaysian favorite is the Laksa Johor, noodles in a fragrant spiced coconut broth.
Meat lovers will enjoy the prime Angus ribeye steak served with Sarawak black peppercorn sauce. For dessert, the sugar-free jackfruit panna cotta is a healthy twist on a classic favorite.
