What is Club Marriott?

Club Marriott is a paid dining and lifestyle membership offering exclusive benefits, including up to 30% off dining and up to 20% off stays at over 330 participating Marriott hotels and resorts across Asia.

What is a dining membership?

A dining loyalty membership gives you exclusive perks like discounts on meals, special offers, cash vouchers, and priority reservations at participating restaurants. It rewards you for dining more often, making your dining experiences more enjoyable while helping you save. Plus, you may also get access to exclusive events and other hotel-related benefits.

What are the benefits of joining Club Marriott?

As a Club Marriott member, you can enjoy up to 30% off dining and up to 20% off accommodations at over 330 participating hotels across Asia, including China, Guam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. The list of participating countries is frequently updated, so please check the "Hotels & Resorts" page for the most current information.

Please note, however, that e-vouchers are only redeemable at participating hotels and outlets within the program/country where your membership is registered.

What is the difference between Club Marriott and Marriott Bonvoy?

Club Marriott and Marriott Bonvoy are two separate programs. Marriott Bonvoy is a free membership that allows you to earn points with your stays, while Club Marriott is an annual paid dining membership that provides discounts on dining and other services at over 330 participating Marriott hotels and resorts across Asia, accessible through your digital membership card.

Can I link/add my Marriott Bonvoy membership to my Club Marriott account?

The two accounts cannot be linked, but you can ask your local hotel if you’re eligible to earn Marriott Bonvoy points on dining after applying your Club Marriott discount. Since this varies by location, it’s best to check with the hotel directly for their specific policy.

Is there a cost to join Club Marriott?

Yes, Club Marriott is an annual paid dining and lifestyle membership.

In how many countries is Club Marriott available?

Club Marriott is currently operating in the following Asian countries, including China, Guam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. What Marriott brands participate in Club Marriott?

Club Marriott members can enjoy benefits at a variety of participating brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, The Luxury Collection, JW Marriott, Sheraton, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels, Renaissance Hotels, Autograph Collection, Tribute Portfolio, Courtyard by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Aloft Hotels, Moxy Hotels, Four Points Express by Sheraton, and Element Hotels.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

No, memberships are non-transferable. However, you can still share your benefits with family and loved ones:

1. Check with your salesperson if your package includes a supplementary card, which allows another person to enjoy the same year-round benefits.
2. Review your e-voucher wallet, as some vouchers may be transferable. You can share these with anyone, including both members and non-members.

Card benefits are not shown in my membership account on the mobile app.

How can I get a new OTP when activating the account on the website shows OTP expired?

On the "Member Activation" webpage, please click the "Resend OTP" button to receive a new OTP on your registered mobile number.

How do I activate my digital membership?

Within 24 working hours after enrollment, you will receive a Welcome & activation email at your registered email address.
Step 1: Open the Welcome Email and download the Club Marriott Asia Pacific mobile app from App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Click the "ACTIVATE ACCOUNT" button. You will receive an OTP via SMS.
Step 3: Enter the OTP at the Member Activation Screen and create your 6-digit PIN.
Step 4: Log in using your membership number and the newly created PIN to access your member perks.

Please note:
* The activation link is valid for 30 days. Please contact the Club Marriott office to request a new welcome email if needed.
** Members with a single membership can log in using either their membership number or registered phone number. For multiple memberships, please use your membership number.

How do I change my phone number or email address?

Step 1. Log in to your Club Marriott account.
Step 2. Tap the menu icon (☰) on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 3. In the menu, select "My Profile," then update your phone number and email address as needed.

How do I check my membership status or expiration date?

Your Club Marriott membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of enrollment.

To check your expiration date, simply log in to the Club Marriott mobile app. The expiration date will be displayed in the bottom right corner of your digital membership card.

How do I log in if I lost the phone or change the device?

To log in to the App on your new device:

Step 1: On your old device, go to Settings and tap "Transfer PIN to a New Device."
Step 2: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Select the checkboxes and enter your Member PIN. Click "Confirm."
Step 3: Review the information and confirm your PIN. Your old device will be removed from the system.
Step 4: Log in to your membership account on the new device.

How do I log in to my membership account?

Please make sure that you have completed the payment and received the Welcome & Activation email. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your membership. In case your activation link has expired, please contact the Club Marriott office to request a new welcome email.

How do I renew my membership?

How do I reset my PIN if it doesn’t work or if I’ve forgotten it?

Step 1: Log out of your account to return to the login screen.
Step 2: Click "Forgot PIN?" under the "PIN Number" field.
Step 3: Enter your card number if you are a member, OR enter your registered mobile number if you are a non-member.
Step 4: Click "Submit."
Step 5: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 6: Enter the received OTP.
Step 7: Set your new 6-digit PIN and confirm the new PIN.
Step 8: Click "Submit."

Once the new PIN has been successfully set, you can log in with the new PIN immediately.

I am using my card number, but the app shows ’invalid login details/customer not found?

There could be two reasons for this issue:

1. Your membership has expired. Please renew your membership or locate the "Welcome Back" email, which contains your new membership number. The PIN will remain the same as your current one.

2. Your account hasn't been activated. Check your inbox for the "Welcome & Activation" email, follow the instructions, and activate your membership. Please note, the activation link is valid for 30 days. If you need a new activation link, kindly contact our Customer Service team.

What do I do if I forgot my membership number?

What do I do if I have not activated my digital membership within 30 days after receiving the Welcome & Activation email?

Why can’t I log in the app despite using the correct membership number and PIN?

Check your membership number from the Welcome & Activation email or any promotional emails sent by Club Marriott, where it is highlighted at the top of the email. You can also reset your PIN.

Why can’t I log in with my mobile number?

1. If you are a member or have more than one membership, please log in using your membership number. You can find the membership number in the Welcome & Activation email or any regular promotional email, where it is highlighted at the top of the email.
2. If you are a non-member, please log in with your registered mobile number including your country code (Please do not include "0" after the country code).

Will I get a physical Club Marriott card?

Physical cards are no longer issued. To enjoy your exclusive benefits, simply download the Club Marriott app, where you can access your digital membership card and e-vouchers instantly. It’s convenient, eco-friendly, and provides everything you need in one place!

Can I cancel my membership?

Any request for cancellation of membership must be made within seven (7) working days from the date of purchase of the membership. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of the membership fee unless all cards and membership materials, including all certificates and the original invoice, have been returned to the issuing agent. The membership fee will not be refunded if any of the certificates/card discounts have been used.
