Cornerstone is an all-day winery, bakery and deli where you can sample and share all the delicious flavours of Bali. Handsomely packaged and ready to take away, the resort’s traditional sambal - an earthy, fiery chilli-based condiment - makes a popular gift; healthy salads and sandwiches, or freshly baked flaky croissants and rainbow-coloured macarons, are best enjoyed there and then with a perfectly brewed coffee. Open from morning to night, this is where you can cool down with homemade ice creams during the day (Salty Caramel is a steadfast favourite) or savour superb vintages as the sun sets. Cornerstone’s elegant wine cellar provides an intimate setting for private six-person dinners, where the menu might include top-class nasi goreng (fried rice) or spicy chilli prawn linguine.
