Imagined by Andreas Caminada, the Swiss founding chef of IGNIV and head chef of the internationally acclaimed 3-Michelin-starred restaurant Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland, IGNIV is all about a unique fine dining sharing experience. IGNIV Bangkok is led by head chef Arne Riehn. The menu changes four times per year, based on the seasons of IGNIV’s European heritage. With a passion for locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, Chef Arne personally seek out small-batch suppliers and artisanal producers for the freshest in-season produce to create imaginative dishes at IGNIV Bangkok. Setting itself apart from fine dining establishments, the experience at IGNIV is warm, cozy and engaging.
