Our all-day dining restaurant, The Andaman Kitchen serves exquisite international cuisine, plus Asian favourites and Thai delights for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our daily buffet breakfast is the perfect way to start the day, with a range of live cooking stations presenting omelets, noodles and our signature dish, eggs benedict topped with Phuket crab curry. Guests can also choose from a variety of fresh juices and drinks, including whole young coconuts straight from the tree. The Andaman Kitchen is also a great destination for daytime bites and light lunches, with an al fresco terrace allowing guests to relax in the tropical sea air. And after dark, the restaurant transforms into a chic evening venue with a nightly selection of themed buffets showcasing a range of cuisines from around the world. Guests wanting to immerse themselves in Thai culture can also take part in a cooking class, which offers the chance to create dishes from the four culinary regions of Thailand.
